Simple Housing provides supported accommodation for homeless and vulnerable adults in Birmingham. You may be eligible if you are:

Requiring help to maintain housing

On PIP (Personal Independence Payment)

Receiving disability support

The Application Process

Submit Your Application

Complete the application form below, telling us about your situation and support needs. Be as detailed as you can - it helps us understand how we can best support you.

Initial Assessment

Our team will review your application and contact you to discuss your needs in more detail. We may arrange a meeting or phone call to understand your situation better.

In person Meeting And Accommodation Search

If you're eligible there will be a Meeting in our offices to find you the best suitable accommodation.

Placement

Once we've matched you to suitable accommodation and completed necessary documentation, we'll help you move in and begin your journey toward stability within as little as 24 hours.
